These terms of service govern your use of the Template Selection service operated from Australia (Victoria) at templateselection.com. By requesting a quote or purchasing a bundle, you agree to these terms.
Template Selection provides a digital template curation service. We assemble curated bundles of HTML5 templates from a library of 1,997 layouts, scoped at $5 per template and spread across relevant categories, delivered as instant .zip downloads via email after payment.
All bundles are priced at $5 per template. Fixed tiers are advertised on the pricing page in USD: Micro ($5, 1 template), Boost ($10, 2 templates with priority delivery within 30 seconds), Duo ($15, 3 templates with priority delivery plus one revision assist email), Starter ($20, 4 templates), Basic ($30, 6 templates), Growth ($35, 7 templates), Studio ($40, 8 templates with priority delivery), Pro ($50, 10 templates with priority support). Custom bundles accept any whole-dollar amount from $5 to $500 at the same $5-per-template rate. You may enter a custom amount directly on the pricing page or submit a project brief for a scoped recommendation; we reply to briefs within 24 hours during Australian business days.
Merchant of record: Payments for every bundle purchased through templateselection.com are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OU, Estonia), who acts as the merchant of record and contractual reseller of the bundle for the transaction. This means Creem collects payment from you, issues the invoice or receipt in its own name, and handles all applicable sales taxes, VAT, or other indirect taxes based on your billing address. Your relationship for the payment itself is with Creem; your relationship for the product, its content, and its support is with Template Selection. Creem's Buyer Terms (available at creem.io/buyer-terms) apply to the payment, alongside these Terms of Service.
Cards accepted: Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is due in full at time of purchase - we do not offer instalment or credit terms.
Currency: Prices are displayed on the site in United States Dollars (USD). Creem may present the amount at checkout in your local currency based on your billing address, and the applicable indirect tax is calculated and shown at checkout by Creem. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign exchange fee, which is outside our and Creem's control.
Upon successful payment, a personalised download link is emailed to the address you provided at checkout. Delivery typically occurs within 60 seconds. The download link:
If your link expires or is exhausted within 30 days of the original purchase, reply to your delivery email and we will issue a fresh link free of charge.

Selling a finished custom website you built from a template to your own end client is expressly permitted.
See our Refund Policy. In summary: 14-day refund guarantee on all bundle purchases. Refund eligibility is determined by Template Selection; once approved, the refund is issued by Creem (as merchant of record) to your original payment method within 5 business days. Chargebacks and card-scheme disputes are handled exclusively by Creem. Please contact us at support@templateselection.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
Support is provided by email only, from support@templateselection.com, with typical response within 1 business day. We do not offer phone support, live chat, ticketing dashboards, or account portals - all communication is via email thread.
Template Selection provides the templates "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond general web use. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the bundle in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Templates in our bundles originate from a curated library of licensed HTML5 templates. Where third-party licences apply to individual templates, those licences are respected and passed through to the buyer. The Template Selection name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "effective date" at the top reflects the current version. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated by email where technically feasible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

We retain records relating to Products sold via the Service for at least 7 years in accordance with applicable tax and audit obligations, and we will cooperate with Creem in providing reasonable documentation for tax or audit purposes on request.
