We offer a 14-day refund on all digital template bundle orders. If the delivered bundle does not meet your project brief, reply to your delivery email within 14 days of purchase and request a refund. Once approved, the refund is issued by Creem (our merchant of record and payment processor) to your original payment method within 5 business days.
You request the refund by replying to your delivery email. We review eligibility, and once approved we trigger the refund through the Creem dashboard. Because Creem is the merchant of record for the transaction, the refund is issued directly by Creem to the card you paid with. Creem may also process a refund on its own initiative where required by law, card scheme rules, or in the case of a technical error or suspected fraud.
All curated template bundles sold via templateselection.com - Micro, Boost, Duo, Starter, Basic, Growth, Studio, Pro, and any custom-quoted bundle at any price point.
Refunds requested more than 14 days after delivery. Bundles that have been downloaded more than three times may be reviewed case-by-case.
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of contacting us, the dispute is handled by Creem as merchant of record. Please contact us first at support@templateselection.com so we can resolve the issue directly.
